html - Make div remains in same position when reduce browser width? -

i have id created call "rightcolumn", when reduce browser's width gets push down next column, how make id stays in original position scroll bar instead?

i understand can make outer wrapper hold off "leftcolumn", "middlecolumn" , "rightcolumn" there other solution out there other creating outer wrapper?

i checked code , seems me rightcolumn div not inside of content div leftcolumn , middlecolumn. hope helps.

java Extracting Zip file -
