android - Add the traffic information to google navigation app -


google navigation powerful app. problem in city don't support traffic information suggest best way.

there resource traffic information in city picture updates information every 15 minutes: http://www.tehrantraffic.com/trafficmap/showimage.asp

my idea write ios or android app parses picture , prepares traffic data. after that, add google navigation default procedure better result.

is possible? google navigation or google maps api allow me write application this?

yes image of area identified coordinates , @ zoom level have png , need add groundoverlay :)

java Extracting Zip file -
