New test accounts in paypal sandbox getting Account is restricted error -


i've moved on new sandbox site paypal. unable of original test accounts import reason created bunch of new accounts can see in sandbox test accounts screen.

i've migrated application on new test accounts , upon performing chained payment i'm getting errors saying accounts restricted.

i'm aware means account has not yet been setup i'm pretty sure they're sitting there looking @ me.

next thought have url's changed? doccos i've found on new site point same urls i'm confused.

could synch thing takes time accounts recognised??

any suggestions?

java Extracting Zip file -
