Communication between JADE agents AND siemens S7 1200 PLC -


i learn how can make agents communicate plc(siemens s7 1200). agents created in jade , make decision kind of true , false decision send plc. if true plc activated or otherwise. have heard of concept of using simple object access protocol, not familiar (if knows how use can me sample program or means of linking programs). complete 08 april 2013

every manufacturer of plcs has opc server communicates on own protocol plcs. opc clients can donwloaded, purchased or created. in short [s7-1200] cable s7 on ethernet cable [pc opc server intern opc protocol intern opc client]

in case, need opc server siemens s7-1200. , opc client agent. jade needs have opc library in order communicate on opc. see website of www.opcfoundation.org possibilities. can read , write directly plc.

but, you're using s7-1200. new micro automation plc siemens. has new memory lay-out , opc need tricks make work. (has direct addressing in older s7 plcs , named values in s7-1200). following faq siemens further
