Drupal Modules can no longer Enable/Disable -


drupal 7.21/7.22

i testing drupal out can considered newbie.

i have downloaded , install @ least dozen modules enabled them disabled them , until today. downloaded references module , realized not enabled. not specific module. no modules can enabled/disabled.

no error messages. no log messages. dependencies enabled. status report okay. simpletest enable/disable modules did not highlighted issues.

i upgraded 7.22, rebooted server nothing helps. there nothing on web issue might configuration not know how debug/isolate issue.
