i believe cant make calls ipad or droid tablet service plan (i dont own either, assumption. enlightenment great). callto: work mobile browser make them use skype instead (if installed, obviously)?

no, not work. way skype accomplishes on desktop through extension installed in browser. on ipad cannot install these types of browser extensions. may possible on android tablet.

my answer based on assumption visit page telephone links , asking if browser perform on desktop. browser 'rewrite' tel: tags use skype if installed.
