html - Svg doesn't work as background -


i made translucent svg. 50% opacity round metal texture. when put above other color makes real metal. made using illustrator , had 2 of effects: pixelate>mezzotint>grainydots , blur>radialblur. made clipping mask. here link https://dl.dropbox.com/u/99185097/metaltex.svg. when open it, views correctly, when use background in css3 html5 page, doesn't open. sure it's not css coding's fault because when use simple svg background, opens. think illustrator effects, maybe don't view when use background. these effects make of 4.46mb. please suggest solution. making png wouldn't work because needs cover extremely long pages.

please expand vector file properly, save , export svg file again , go background. may work now.
