java - can i run api 10 android app on api 16?? any way to perform this? -


i have developed app on api 10 want know if android's apis has compatibility newer versions ? i.e. if installed android api 16 can use application made on platform of api 10 ?

all android apis , large backward compatible, app should run fine.

however, should go through highlights , changelogs new versions ensure no api used app modified in harmful way.
