when work tabular form in apex (application express, oracle) have automatic process multi row update , multi row delete.

you cannot see code, since in 1 of apex packages, , these wrapped. resemble sort of code have write using apex_item package etc. there tutorials around if search "oracle apex create tabular form manually" - example this youtube-based tutorial.
