microsoft metro - Windows 8 store certificate: Uploaded app package invalid because of certification (publisher id) -


i receive following error when attempting upload app windows 8 store:

validation error: publisher attribute of identity element in app manifest doesn't match publisher id, is: cn=xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

i manually updated app manifest file publisher id displayed within error message. however, value provided ended getting overwritten when uploaded file store second time.

in conclusion, unable upload solution windows 8 store because of certificate issue.

please help.

not lot go on here. suspect may have missed step. did associate application windows store?

to so, right click on project in solution explorer in visual studio. select store --> associate app store... follow dialogs come up.

java Extracting Zip file -
