visual studio 2012 - Upgraded WinForms project from VS2005 to VS2012. Now my ReportViewer DLLs are missing -


i got copy of visual studio 2005 project friend. project referenced dlls microsoft.reportviewer.common , microsoft.reportviewer.winforms. on machine have visual studio 2012. upgraded project. references these dlls broken, understandably, because windows locations, not in vs project. so, want delete references , re-create, cannot find dlls on machine. not installed visual studio 2012? can download them?

these have been replaced report server. though if you'd copy them on vs2005 machine should still able use them binary references in solution. can download binaries msdn download site.

though there should binaries visual studio 2012 well. suspect installed when install sql server development tools, include sql server reporting server components.
